Project Mission

Establish a small-scale manufacturing, testing, and demonstration line to build and validate two pro-
prietary clean-energy products. Convert lab-level designs into production-ready prototypes, create local technical jobs, and position HETC to supply pilots to PA customers including homes, small industries, and public facilities.
